Web access Failed

While creating a new web based project in visual studio.net 2002, with framework1.1, getting a error ie. "Web Access Failed"
The default web access mode for this project folder at http://computername/project name cannot be opened with path
\\computername\wwwroot$\projectname

pls help i have already tried many option given on net by you
