Problems when ExecuteReader()

Hello.
I'm writing a code in VB.NET using MSAccess data base. The problem is when use datareader. I don't know what wrong.
the problem is with one form, because whith other this function ok.
Please, help me. I'm using OleDb.OleDbConnection, the error is the next.
Error de IErrorInfo.GetDescription con E_FAIL(0x80004005)
