It runs exactly on debug mode but not on .exe

Hi all,
This is my code:

try
{
connection = new SqlConnection(connectionString);
connection.Open();
}
catch
{
if( connection != null ) connection.Close();
throw;
}

The connection string is :"Data Source=(local);Initial Catalog=master;Integrated Security=SSPI;"

I want to connect the Master database to run the sp_database store procedures. When i debug, it runs exactly. But when i run by .exe it throw exception "The type initializer for 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection' threw an exception." I can't undertand this exception and how to fix it. Why and where is this exception. I think you can help me. Reply me soon. Thanks!
