Maps are talking several minutes to load in the mapper

Hi all,

I have been converting my BT 2004 projects to BT 2006 for several days
now. Things have been going well, but there is one thing that is
really irking me..

When I double click a map to open it in the mapper, it takes several
minutes for the map to come up. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks
Chuck
