very urgent please give solution to this

I am generating a Crystal Report with 12 Fields.


I did all the formalities to the Crystal Report.


The output also coming nice.

But the problem is:: The Field headings are not coming completly.



For example::::::::: I want to print like this

employee number employee name employee address
3 xxx xxx


but the output was coming like this

emp empl employ
3 xxx xxx

Please help to this problem
