Confused

Hello Friend,

What is the differnce between ASP.net and VB.net caz I know this two terms only. Is there any other kind of technology available in .net. if yes then please brif me about that also

I mean VB.net and ASP.net are like C,C++.
and so I should start with VB.net

if not then how to first start with VB.net or ASP.net?

They are totaly different from C/C++.
VB is used for programming whlie ASP is used for web coding. They can be used together.

There are others in visual basic .net like C# or J# and many others.

hello

Asp.net is a web technology where as vb,c#,vc++,j#.net all there are languages in dot net there is no constraint to lern something first,

if you are familiar with vb6.0 go for vb.net else if you r familiar with java syntax then go for c#.net but Asp.net is mandatory for every web application with vb.net or c#.net
