Loading menuitems from database in vb.net

Hi..

I want to construct a menu in vb.net2005. But th emenuitems shold be loaded from database.Also we will be able to add & delete & hide the menu items at runtime.I am working in vb.net2005. I am new to this. Can any anybody help me? thanks in advance.
