when i access my application from server the button events not working

hi,

I have developed an application in ASP.NET 1.0. we hosted this application on a webserver.first when i access it from server its validation controls not working.i will concern with the server administrator.he told me to upload aspnet file with the application,when upload that files the validator start working but now the buttons on the forms are not click able mean nothing happen after pressing the button even i give the correct information,
please help me ASAP.
