interop.capicom on CE 50 ?

Since I am a Visual Basic'r on VS2005, I have used capicom to access the user
certificate stores for my desktop apps. CE does not have certificate store
functionalility so I tried to use interop.capicom. It fails to register. Has
anyone done this or can you point me to how to access the user cert stores on
a CE50 device with VB?
Thanks.
