PC wont connect to remote debugger grr

JP
After running IIS_REG for .NET 2005 Framework version 2, I enabled the
Remote Debugging Monitor (RDM)
I added our development group to the local policies to allow the RDM to run
as a service instead of a local application like the MSDN site says.

When the person next to me click the start button for their 2005 ASP
application, everything is fine.

If I click start, then I get the message that the RDM is unable to connect
to my machine. After visiting:
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms164725.aspx
Im still not clear as to why it cannot connect to my PC. I am an
administrator on both my local PC and the server that house our .NET
projects. The person that has no problem connecting is also an administrator.
There appears to be no difference in our local PCs users or groups, yet it
still cannot connect to my PC.

Please help what am I missing here???????????????????????
