Multiple DLLs

Hi All,
Is it possible to come out with a single EXE from one EXE and several
DLL assembies?

I would prefere to deploy one single executable instead of multiple
DLLs, I don't have the source code of some DLLs of course...
Thanks a lot,

Alberto
