Disposing object references like DLLs

I am dinamically instantiating a dll. After use it, I'd like to dispose
the dll and remove it, how can I do?

I've tried to implement the DLL in a different AppDomain but I'm
obliged to create a separate assembly as proxy.. AND the dll
instantiated can't communicate with the loader assembly.

Any idea?
