Can anyone help in XML messaging ?

I have a client process which reads data from a form and converts it to XML as a string. This string contains newline '\n'. The XML has to be sent to server process using a streamwriter sw. Is sw.write() command correct on the client side ? On the server side, which is a good command ? sr.Read, sr.ReadBlock, sr.readline etc ? The last one reads one line only at a time. sr is streamreader.

I tried the XML as a stringreader on the client side but how does the sr read it at the server side ?

Is there any workable solution ?

Tired and perplexed.
