GUI for Charts

Fla
Hi!
I would like a suggestion about a graphic provider for Charts plotting
in VBNET.
I need to plot charts with more elegant graphic interface than VBNET
default one;
I also need to interact with the charts I will realize, i.e. plot datas
and retrieve
informations about pixels or cursors position from the chart to the
surronding
VBNET code.
Furthermore, I don't want to pay a last-user licence to the graphic
provider, i.e.
I don't want to pay a licence for each SW I will realize/deliver with
the graphic provider,
but only once I buy the graphic libraries from the graphic provider.
I found out the following graphic providers: Dundas, Software FX,
SyncFusion,
Graphics Server, Measurement Studio.
Have you got any experience with these graphic providers? According to
you,
which graphic provider would be more suitable for my constraints?

Thanks in advance for you replies.
