Custom paper size

I'm having a hard time trying to print a crystal report on a 1400 x
2970 (mm) custom form. I created a new form (start - settings -
printers - server properties - create new form) 14 x 29,7 cm.
In VS2003 I selected this custom size (designer - printer setup - Paper
size) so my design screen changed accordingly.
Adjusted all fields to fit the page and I was ready to go.
The problem is that the first 30 mm on the left side of my report is
cut-off on the print-out?
If for instance there are three fields on the left side:
FIELD1 FIELD2 FIELD3 it only shows: ELD2 FIELD3
The person who uses the report says I have to adjust it 'from the
center' but I'm not quite getting that.
I tried setting the left margin to 30 mm with a page size of 2000,
putting more whitespace before starting my fields, but none of this
seems to help?
I can't figure out what I did wrong, what else is there except for
setting the custom form size...
I really really hope there's an option which I am overlooking?

Thanks a million in advance,

Mike
