Printing from a Windows service

I've created a project which runs as Windows service (Visual Studio 2005).
Part of this project is printing (Crystal reports) and sending email
messages with file attachments. The service is running under the local
administrator account.

The service is running fine, no exceptions occur and I see new data
appearing in my database.

In the log I've programmed, I see the message that a report has been printed
to the printer, but there is no printed paper on the printer. I also receive
automated email messages reporting certain alert conditions. There should be
files attached, which are created on the fly during the email preparation.
These files are missing.

All this business logic is seperated from the service project and is in it's
own DLL. I' m able to access this DLL from a GUI I've build. When this GUI
is running (and the service is not running) all functionality is working
fine. So I'm quite sure that the logic is ok.

Could these problems be caused by security / user right issues? Need some
advice on this.

Thanx
