log file error

hi

i used this code to log errors that acure in my distributed application

Dim mylistener As New
TextWriterTraceListener(Application.StartupPath.To String +
"eCorporateLog.txt")

Trace.Listeners.Add(mylistener)

but what happens is some times it write in it some times it write in new
files created by the application like

132sr218e8e

so why that happens
