WIN32_ProcessStartTrace Event won't fire on XP Home Edition

We have an application written using WMI, and tried to hook to WMI Event for
WIN32_ProcessStartTrace, to receive an event when an application is started
by Windows. This worked fine on different versions of Windows, like XP
Professional and Server 2003, but when we try it on XP Home Edition, the
event is not fired.

We tried WMI Code Creator from the Microsoft web site, but the code
generated by that tool didn't work either.

Any information regarding this issue?
Thanks.
