Divelements release fully featured Office 2007 style Ribbon control

Divelements release fully featured Office 2007 style Ribbon control
Major component suite designed to mimic the advanced user interface
features of Microsoft Office 2007

Dorset, United Kingdom - September 4 2006, Divelements Ltd announces
the release of SandRibbon V1. SandRibbon is a suite of controls and
components that present your application's commands and features in
well-organised lists and popups, divided into logical groups with some
groups displayed contextually. It serves as a replacement for the
traditional menus and toolbars UI paradigm.

Tim Dawson, Technical Director and Owner of Divelements, said: Our
implementation of the Office 2007 Ribbon user interface is lightweight,
easy to use, and provides all the features necessary to implement this
new UI paradigm in your own applications. Office 2007 redefines the
way people think about UI in their applications, and SandRibbon is the
vehicle through which everybody can use it.

About SandRibbon
All major features of the Office 2007 user interface are made available
through this library, and we provide many classes to make common tasks
easier for document-oriented applications, as well as the user
interface controls themselves. In this way we enable you to take
advantage of such features as enhanced screentips, recently-used
documents lists, rich popups, galleries, live preview, animations and
many more. A lot of functionality, such as comprehensive keyboard
access and true right-to-left reading order support, is enabled by
default for all applications, requiring no extra work.

Pricing and Availability
A fully functional 30-day evaluation copy is available from
http://www.divelements.co.uk

SandRibbon is priced at $249 per single developer license, with bulk
discounts available for larger purchases.

About Divelements
Divelements is an established supplier of quality user interface
components targeted primarily at the Microsoft .NET platform. We pride

easy to use API and lightweight redistributables. Your developers will
be more productive using our tools because of the extensive design-time

fast. Their low disk and memory footprint means you will not have to
ship a large, unwieldy redistributable with your application that
contains functionality that you are not using.
