Create database, open connection with database, then

SqlCommand cmd1 = new SqlCommand("your insert query here").

You can use ExecuteNonQuery() method with proper syntax using

cmd1.ExecuteNonQuery()

SqlCommand.SqlCommand is related with sql server.
