Note: The MSDN Managed Newsgroup support offering is for non-urgent issues
where an initial response from the community or a Microsoft Support
Engineer within 1 business day is acceptable. Please note that each follow
up response may take approximately 2 business days as the support
professional working with you may need further investigation to reach the
most efficient resolution. The offering is not appropriate for situations
that require urgent, real-time or phone-based interactions or complex
project analysis and dump analysis issues. Issues of this nature are best
handled working with a dedicated Microsoft Support Engineer by contacting
Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscripti...t/default.aspx.

There are many people asking questions with no answers.

I will put my questions in a managed forum, but I think that there should be
one for this library as it is very important now.

Uanmi,

There are many dead forums on the microsoft newsserver already, that are
forums where people get no answer because the subject is so limited that
nobody except the one who state the question is visiting it.

Therefore my advice is to follow Luke's advice and I will be lucky (not
because it is Luke's name) as there would not added so quickly newsgroups
again.

Luke has showed you enough alternatives, that they are maybe dead, has
normally the reason as I wrote above.

Really there was no need to jump in with such a negative and meaningless
response.

There are many many people with problems with the Enterprise Library and
Microsoft has made such a big noise about people using it as a building block.

It is sensible to have a managed forum until more of the user community,
such as myself can move forward with the library.

Already today Luke has not been able to answer any of my questions related
to the library other than to "point" me to ask questions elsewhere. This is
not the point of a managed forum. I need Luke to help find answers, or why am
I asking questions here?

Please if you cannot offer a solution to my questions please do not answer.
I need to talk to Microsoft staff.
