Deploying An Application (Security Policy Problem?)

I have a relatively simple .NET application that I'm trying to deploy to
a Citrix server. However, when I try to run it on that server (just
using Remote Desktop, not even going through Citrix yet) I get an error
from the Common Language Runtime that says the application has generated
an exception that could not be handled.

My testing has thus far shown the following:
1) Application runs fine on my local machine from a local drive.
2) Error occurs on my local machine when run from a network share.
3) Change
Security_Policy->Machine->Code_Groups->All_Code->LocalIntranet_Zone to
FullTrust, application runs fine on my local machine from a network share.
4) Error occurs on remote machine when run from that machine's local drive.
5) Changing ALL zones to FullTrust on remote machine does not prevent error.

I'm kind of at a loss on this. Is there a simple way to convince
another machine that it's OK to run my application?
