how to setup project in vs.net 2005

I have done an application in vb.net 2005 and i want to deploy it to the client
thats why i want to setup the project.But i dont know how to do it.
So what is the solution.

Go to File\Add\New Project When the dialog loads, on the left select Other Project Types, and then Setup and Deployment, and then on the right select Setup. Or, you can use ClickOnce Deployment by going to Build and then selecting Publish.

thank you.It works fine.But I want to deploy it to the client machine.please give me more specific solution.
