Does Atlas disable JavaScript functions????

When I put an UpdatePanel (Atlas control) araound my ServerControls they all
seem to vanish from the page (I cant find them in my source page...). So the
browser fires an exception telling the control does not exist if I try to
execute the JavaScript function document.getElementById...

Any idea???

There are many bugs in the Current Atlas control AFAIK is it still Beta.

I am aware of this possible bugs - although I know of a lot of people already
using it in production environment.
The point is that I believe Atlas does take control of all javascript
functions while its running. Maybe it does that because it has to execute its
own Jscript functions to work...the big problem is that by doing so it
disables sometimes simple functions that wouldnt affetct its
functionalities...
