Unresolved tokens ctor and finalize

Hi!

I'm trying to separate out some of the classes in one of my mixed-mode
assemblies. I moved several classes to a new static library project.
I'm still using the CLR\old syntax flag.

To sum up I have

server.dll (mixed-mode)

and from my new project I have:
marshal.lib

Both server and marshal projects compile fine. When Server goes to link
against marshal, I get a bunch of unresolved tokens from classes in the
marshal project. It's all ctors and finalizes.

Since marshal is a static library, I have marshal set as a project
dependency and not as a reference.

I've been struggling to break up my server project and after hours and
hours of work, I feel like I'm very close. Any idea what is going on
and how to solve this?

Thanks
