Application Framework based on .NET for migration of Access Contact DBs

I was wondering if there is a general framework based on .Net that
could be used for migrating Contact databases (MS Access) to a web
enabled world.
I was looking into a migration into CRM 3.0 however it seems still to
be a version 2.0 MS product and not that flexible as of yet. Any ideas
?

I'm not aware about this kind of app, but why not to create a web-service/data
access layer that will expose you db to web?
