Enterprise Library and GAC

I'm having a difficult time running Enterprise Library(June 2005)
assemblies from the GAC. I've rebuilt the assemblies with strong
names and I'm referencing the assemblies in my application's
project from the same location from where they were installed into the
GAC. The registration into the GAC went fine and my web application
builds OK. At runtime I get the following error:

File or assembly name
Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.ExceptionHan dling.Logging, or one

of its dependencies, was not found.

I have the
Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.ExceptionHan dling.Logging.dll
installed into the GAC as well as all other EnterpriseLibrary
assemblies that this assembly references.

If I copy all the EnterpriseLibrary assemblies into to bin dir of my
web app then it works but I would rather use the GAC because I have
multiple Web application which are using the enterprise Library.

Any advise would be most welcome !
