About visual web developer 2005 Express edtion

z
Hi there:
My pc installed with dotnet 2003, SQL 2000, If I install Visual Web
Developer 2005 Express Edtion (VWD), will they conflict each other?
Does VWD support third party web elements such as Flash?
Is there any equivalent IDE other than VWD (non MS) for web development?

Thanks!
