How to open another web page from one web page

Hi,

I am developing a Web Application in ASP.Net. I have a link in main page. If i click that link then it has to open another webpage(another internet explorer with the given URL). For navigation within the same internet explorer from one page to another we use,

Response.Redirect or Server.Transfer.

But this opens in the same window. Please guide me in this.

Hi,

do one thing , by using javascript u r problem will be solved, use the following code to solve u r proble

window.open('url','caption for url',' settings' );

in url - u specify the link which u have to populate
caption for url- is optional give caption without space and special characters
setting - is also optional one

U want to redirect one page to other.... but ur problem is second form will be displayed in blank page.....

Try this one u will get

In webform1.aspx u put target=_blank
<form id="Form1" method="post" runat="server" target=_blank>
