Shared resource file with control names

I'd like to have in my project a repository of button texts, so when i
change a value of a repository object a text on buttons would change
accordingly. For instance when i change OK to Accept all OK buttons
would change to Accept.
I'm working with a vs 2005 IDE C#.
Is there a chance to gain such functionality with a vs?
Thanks
andrzaej
