XSD Reader so I can present schemas in my .NET app

I like the XSD graphical presentation in Visual Studio, and I'd like to show
similar presentations in my .NET apps in a read-only mode. My app presents
metadata about particular client databases databases. Ideally I'd create a
data set that shows the tables and relationships I want to present, and then
display the resulting XSD with the reader.

1) Does Microsoft offer an XSD reader (not writer) app that I could plug
into my Winform .NET 2.0 app?

2) If not, does a third-party vendor?
