Webservice installer not installing my .ASMX files

Hello,

I have a webservice written in C sharp that is using an IBM provided
DLL. The project that installs my webservice has a .MSM merge module
file for that DLL.

When the .MSI file generated is runned, It only installs dll's on the
target webserver. I need it to install the normal .ASMX files &
webconfig files that are normally part of the webservice.

When I created the web service deployment project (In Visual Studio
2003), I selected <Add New Project>, <Setup and deployment projects>,
<Web Setup project>

My questions are:

1- Did I select the correct project type to install a webservice that
has a .MSM merge module ?
2- How do I get it to create the Global.asax, Global.asax.resx, and
the .asmx file it needs ?
