Crystal report using a dataset.

What am I doing wrong?
Is there a better way?

I created a report using a table, and this works OK.
But I would like to be able to use a dataset for this report.
I will populate the dataset using a stored procedure.

I have tried the following to set the datasource to a dataset but I get errors.

Exception Details: CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.InternalExc eption: Failed to open a rowset.

Note: * I have verified the dataset by exporting it to an xml file and it looks OK.
I am new to Crystal Reports and I find it not easy to use, I used a table when creating the report because I couldn't get it to work anyother way.

I've been searching the web for a few days now, and the method I'm using seems to be what several sites suggested.
