Setting up workstations?

Hi

We have installed our app on a server and then allow workstations to run this via a shortcut.
This has presented 2 issues
1. The workstation still needs framework 2 installed, not a real problem we simply run a small msi to do this.
2. We then have to go to .NET Framework 2.0 Configuration - Configure Code Access Security Policy - Adjust Zone Security and set Local Intranet to Full Trust.

My question is can 2 be set by the install program?
Thanks in advance.
