.Net Feature

1
What is the feature in .Net framework 2.0 which allows to extract the text content to a file so that the same file can be given to a translator who will translate word-by-word and same can be imported to make the site multi-lingual?

Appreciate if you advice in detail on how to accomplish this task?

Cheers
Harish (desperate)
