Uninstall link through a setup project

I am creating a setup project in c#. How do I add an entry to the start ->
prorgrma menu -> AppName -> Uninstall AppName.
The Uninstall AppName will have the following link:

For windows 2000 and below
c:\winnt\system32\msiexec \x {guid} , the guid is the productcode of my app/
For windows 2003
c:\windows\system32\msiexec \x \{guid}

Thanks,
Alok
