How to generate a dataset in cache as soon as new records is inseted into database?

3
Hi there!

Can anyone put some lights on "How to generate a dataset in cache as soon as new records is inseted into MYSQL database?"

Beside this, I would also know your opinions about how to implement the same(above asked question) in a PHP / MYSQL atmosphere. If it's not possible, how to take care in asp.net?

Hope I'm making sense.

With Thanks!
