boxing enumerated values

I have the following method
public IPSDatabaseObjects GetDatabaseObjects(ePSDBObjectType t)

in a .net assembly which i try to call from a managed extension C++ dll
using the following code and always get a file not found exception.

Here is the code i use to make the call. This works if i change the function
signature in the .net assembly to take an int or string.

Could somebody please tell me what is wrong here and what the relevance of
filenotfound exception is in this scenario?
