com+ application use soap for web service not work in .net 2.0

I have a vb com+ component and turn it to web service by using check box Use
Soap.

It was works fine, but after I installed .net 2.0, does not work anymore.

I got the following errors:

'TCSWebServiceWrapperSoapLib' is invalid.
