Buffer overrun detected. Please help.

I am trying to build a deployment package for an Excel add-in. It us writtne
in VB.Net. I am using VS 2003.
This has been working fine, but i am now getting the above error.
The error message says that the program causing the problem is Regcap.exe.

Does anyone have any idea how I can go about investigating/fixing this?

Thanks
Saira
