Visio for Enterprise Architects

Hi all

I'm using VS 2003 and I want to create ERD's that I can forward engineer. My
Visio 2003 doesn't support this. But I cant seem to find the Visio for
Enterprise Architects component/tool in VS.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

Tomas
