Help needed in HTTPWebResponse Class

Hi,
I am making a proxy in VB.NET. I have problem in recieving the response
from the server in HTTPWebResponse Class. It gives me errors like
1. "the server returned error 404 not found" ....on most of the pages
2. When i try to write the response back to OutputStream of the
HTTPListenerResponse Object, it often gives me error of ""An operation
was attempted on a nonexistent network connection".
3."The spcified Network path no longer exists" and "The specified
network name is no longer available"

One other thing is that on login pages it says "Bad URL (Invalid). For
example when i click on SignIn, in mail.yahoo.com.

I will be thankfull for help.
