TRace not working

I want to trace MS CRM WebServices
I Create client App and add WSE2.0SP3 or WSE3.0
check that all diagnostics are turned on(using form, not directly in
web.config),
grant NETWORK SERVICE to write in the app folder

Application works correctly but no input/output trace files are created
