How can I read an xml file to populate a combobox?

I exported a xml file using .writexml from a dataset and now I would like to
populate a combo box from that. Can someone supply a link or sample vb.net
code that show's how to do this... much appreciated...

Wouldn't it be easier to populate the combobox directly from the typed
dataset by databinding ? Considering that you have to load the XML file
into a dataset again, to populate the combobox.
