webproject user accounts

I have just installed my Visual Studio .net, and are
trying to open some downloaded projects (part of a single
solution). I would appreciate any help you could give me.

The problem is with the webproject, it will not open and
the error message is "Unable to get the project file from
the webserver".

Visual studio .net was installed locally under the
administrator account, when using this account the
webproject opens fine. The problem is when I am logged on
with my domain account (I am administrator on the local

The solution lies on my C:\ drive with a virtual
directory under wwwroot that points to the webproject. I
believe I have given the ASPNET user all possible rights
to this folder.

Is there anyone who could help me?
