Programmatically Add pst files to Outlook

My boss just came and asked me to research this. We have 400+ users
using Outlook/Exchange setup. Each user has a single .pst file that
contains email from a previous email system so (in read only mode) they
can view old emails.

The location of those .pst files is on a network share. Our engineers
will be moving them to a differenct location. My boss wants to know if
there is a way for me to create a small program that each user would
run on their PC to either:

1. Change the path of the currently-attached pst file; OR
2. Remove the current pst file and attach it from the new location

I really didn't quite know where to begin looking, so I'm posting here
as a start. Can anyone help this .NET developer find a programming
solution to this? Or, at least point me in the right direction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Glen
