Auto-Generate Web Reference Problem

P: n/a
Ok i've got two issues about this process.

First of i have a web app that had one name but then
changed it to another. Now i thought i changed it
everywhere (the file name the references AND the name of
the class that matched it) and i had no problems except
when i add a web reference. The Reference.cs file still
maintains the old name of the class. Where is it getting
the name from!?!?!

Second i have a schema file (xsd) in my web service proj
that doesn't seem to be recognized anymore by the web ref
in my web app...

what i want to know is how does the web reference
determine what should be exposed and how...?
Thank you for your time
