Validate XML Against DTD with PUBLIC identifier.

All of our XML files start with a DOCTYPE declaration that specifies a PUBLIC
identifier like <!DOCTYPE manual PUBLIC "-//Company//DTD Language English
XML//EN" "some.dtd"[. The location of the DTD is specified in a catalog
file. How can I parse this XML against the DTD using C#? Is there some way
to specifiy to the .net XML parser where the catalog file is? I am using
..net 2.0 but can find no support in any library for parsing XML against a DTD
unless the SYSTEM identifier in the XML file references the DTD directly.
