Amit,
Assuming you have the perms:
1. Check the Task Manager's processes. There maybe a formerly run process
that is still running. (This happens to me all the time when I am in a
hurry)
2. Check for the Read Only file attribute the target folder

Hi
I have created a web serivces using .net framework 2.0. When I try to
execute the web service I get the following error.
Failed to start monitoring changes to 'e:\Default Web Site' because
access is denied.
I am running windows 2003 sp1. Network Service account do have full
permission on application folder and sub folder.
Any Idea. Any help would be highly appreciated.
