Web services and IPv6

I'm trying to implement IPv6 support in my enterprise solution, but when
doing web service requests on IPv6 i get the following stacktrace:

Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the
current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about
the error and where it originated in the code.

Requesting a normal aspx page works fine.. Anyone have a clue whats wrong?
Its running on IIS 6.0
